  • Balance sheet and income statement for the last three years, latest interim balance and income statement, and detailed trial balance;
  • Trade Registry Gazettes (all issues constituting the basis of the Incorporation, Capital, Status changes, and signature circular);
  • List of Attendants, if a Joint-Stock Company is in question;
  • Certificate of Good Standing
  • Tax Board
  • Signature Circular
  • Photocopies of the ID cards of the partners, who possess more than 25% of shares, and the persons, from whom signatures of guarantee have been obtained;
  • Trade Registry Gazettes, Certificates of Good Standing, and Tax Boards for the corporate partners, who possess more than 25% of shares;
  • Breakdown of the estates of the firm, and the partners;
  • The power of attorney, if there is an attorney is in question, which involves the power of indebtment in the factoring companies, signature statement, and ID card photocopy of the attorney in question.

Private Companies

  • Balance sheet and income statement, or the operational account statement for the last three years, and detailed trial balance;
  • Trade Registry Gazettes, which involves the incorporation and all amendments, if the enterprise in question is registered to a trade registry office;
  • Tax Board
  • ID card photocopy, certificate of residence or the electricity, water, telephone, natural gas invoices of the respective residence address for the last 3 months;
  • The power of attorney, if there is an attorney is in question, which involves the power of indebtment in the factoring companies, signature statement, and ID card photocopy of the attorney in question.
